Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking an AI Engineer to scale Data & AI capabilities across Nordic client projects, delivering end-to-end AI solutions and data-driven optimizations. You will work with data scientists, data engineers and software engineers on challenges spanning Automotive, Manufacturing, Life Science, Defence and Retail industries.

Role involves presales support, architecture discussions, and acting as a SME in Data, AI & ML.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Biology, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong programming and analytics in Python, R, C++, and statistical data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with big data tools and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead client projects and provide technical expertise.
• Support presales and solution architecture discussions.
• Represent the organization as a thought leader in Data, AI & ML.
• Collaborate across engineering domains to implement data-driven optimizations.
• Design and own end-to-end AI solutions, from data pipelines to deployment, monitoring, and governance.
• Build and evolve MLOps and CI/CD capabilities for automated model deployment and lifecycle management.
