We are now looking for AI Engineers to scale our Data & AI Capabilities within the Engineering Practices of Capgemini. You will be part of a diverse and inclusive team of Data Scientists, Data Engineers and Software Engineers, working on a variety of Client Challenges within the Automotive, Manufacturing, Life Science, Defence and Retail Industries. You will deliver value to Nordic clients through senior-level assignments, contribute to solution design and presales activities, and act as a Subject Matter Expert in Data, AI & ML. Collaboration with other engineering practices to optimize operations is key. In this role you will play a key role in:
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Biology, Engineering, or a related field, with 5+ years of relevant industry experience. Strong programming and analytics expertise in Python, R, C++, and statistical data analysis. Hands-on experience with SQL, Elasticsearch, Databricks, Snowflake, and large-scale data pipelines using Spark, PySpark, Kafka, and Hadoop. Proficiency with ML and AI technologies, including PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, and OpenAI Agents SDK. Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, MCP-based agentic workflows, ETL processes on cloud platforms, and the ability to collaborate effectively with external technology stakeholders. We value flexibility to adapt in high-paced working environments. Ability to lead own tasks and coordinate others. Excellent English communication skills, both writing and speaking.
We are reviewing candidates continuously and will be flexible to discuss contracts with later start dates. Most of our clients are based in Gothenburg; however, we do have opportunities in other locations. Therefore, we are open to reviewing candidates who are based out of Gothenburg, if they can travel for the needs of their assignments as per client request. Candidates based in Gothenburg will be prioritized.
