Nordic Investin is recruiting a Senior AI Agent Engineer to shape the architecture, delivery and production behaviour of controlled AI agents for knowledge-intensive workflows. You will translate goals and constraints into practical approaches for Python and tool use, establish standards around retrieval and coordinate stakeholders to align evaluation.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience delivering controlled AI agents for knowledge-intensive workflows in a demanding environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Python and tool use.
• Practical experience applying retrieval and evaluation.
• Ability to assess risk, priorities and trade-offs involving guardrails.
• Evidence of clear stakeholder communication and dependable end-to-end ownership.
• Professional English and the judgement to work with sensitive or business-critical information.
