Job summary

NordAxon, a Sweden-based AI-native consultancy, is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer in Malmö to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI solutions. You will work with AI/ML engineers, software engineers, data scientists, and clients to translate business challenges into robust AI systems.

The role combines software engineering, ML, Generative AI, and cloud technologies to create scalable AI architectures and maintainable deployments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, software engineering, or data science.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience building production-grade AI solutions with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar.
• Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, and AI agents.
• Experience with cloud services (Azure AI, OpenAI, AWS, GCP).
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and MLOps practices.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and intelligent software solutions.
• Build solutions using LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, and AI agents.
• Develop ML models and deploy them into production.
• Integrate AI solutions with APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and enterprise apps.
• Design scalable AI architectures and contribute to technical decisions.
• Work with MLOps, CI/CD, model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with customers to translate business challenges into AI solutions.
• Contribute to internal innovation and knowledge sharing.
