Job summary

WMtech is seeking a Senior AI Engineering Consultant in Stockholm to design, build, and operate AI-powered systems and enterprise integrations across a modern environment.

You will work across LLM agents, infrastructure, and security, delivering production-grade solutions and scalable automation for enterprise clients.

This role emphasizes pragmatic decisions between agentic vs deterministic approaches, with hands-on work spanning AWS infrastructure, IAM, and observability.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with hands-on Claude Code experience.
• Proficient in TypeScript; Python a plus.
• Experience with AI systems, infrastructure, and integrations.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, secrets management, and observability.

Responsibilities

• Build AI agents, MCP integrations, plugins, and automations using Claude / Claude Code.
• Deliver integrations from specs, choosing deterministic or agentic approaches.
• Stand up and operate AWS infrastructure for internal platforms and tools.
• Build compliance‑as‑code and automated evidence pipelines with Information Security.
• Own observability, alerting, and runtime guardrails across AI and infrastructure.
