Pacera is seeking a Senior Accountant to take ownership of accounting activities across Swedish entities and to bring outsourced work in-house. You will manage closings, draft statements, and ensure GAAP compliance while working with the wider finance team.
Based in Stockholm, you will collaborate with local and international partners, drive automation of processes, and contribute to scalable controls across Pacera Group in a fast-growing environment.
Pacera unifies financial close, consolidation and FP&A. With AARO, Aico and Mercur, finance teams combine trusted data with AI-driven insights to enable robust, scalable and intelligent processes for the Office of the CFO.
Pacera's Finance team is growing, and we are looking for a Senior Accountant with a strong development mindset to take ownership of accounting activities across multiple group entities. This role will focus primarily on Pacera Group's Swedish entities. Currently, accounting operations are outsourced to an external service provider. In this role, you will play a key part in bringing these activities in-house, working closely with the wider finance team to build efficient, scalable, and high-quality accounting processes. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced accounting professional to make a tangible impact within a dynamic and growing organisation. The role reports directly to the Head of Finance.
Pacera is redefining financial operations for the Office of the CFO — powering planning, financial close, consolidation, and reporting through one unified platform, trusted by 700+ organisations and 70,000+ users across more than 140 countries.
Our platform brings together three specialised products — Aico by Pacera, AARO by Pacera, and Mercur by Pacera — giving finance teams the accuracy, control, and confidence they need to run mission-critical operations, without compromise.
Each product has a loyal customer base and a strong track record of growth. Built on decades of proven expertise, our platform helps finance and executive leaders automate, govern, and make faster, smarter decisions.
We're headquartered in Stockholm, with offices across Sweden, Finland, Latvia, and the UK. And we're driven by the same principles wherever we are: collaboration, continuous learning, flexibility, curiosity, and the drive to win together.
Backed by Accel-KKR, a global technology-focused investment firm, the group has ambitious growth plans driven by both organic expansion and acquisitions. We are now strengthening our operations by investing in key roles that support our platform and future scalability.
This is a permanent, full-time position. The role will be based in Stockholm.
Our process typically involves an initial conversation with our recruitment team, a hiring manager interview, and a final stage interview including a role specific task.
We warmly welcome your application.
