Job summary

Pacera Group is seeking an experienced accounting professional to execute and own daily accounting for selected group companies in Sweden. You will manage month, quarter and year end closings aligned with group timelines, draft financial statements, and prepare VAT and income tax returns for Swedish entities.

Collaboration with local partners in Latvia and the UK and participation in audits and system improvements are key aspects.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge in local GAAP (Sweden) and tax related matters.
• Strong knowledge in accounting processes and workflows.
• 5+ years experience in similar roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Strong process development mindset and ability to deliver results.
• Good communication skills with a strong fluency in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Flexibility and ability to work under firm deadlines.
• Prior experience in fast paced SaaS company is considered a plus.
• Group consolidation experience is considered a plus.

• Ensure compliance with local GAAP, tax regulations, and company policies
• Participate in external audits and take responsibility for audit preparation activities
• Ensure proper documentation of policies, procedures, and accounting practices
• Participate in system implementations, upgrades, and automation initiatives
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls to safeguard company assets
• Analyze financial results and provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership
• Cooperate closely with AP and AR on a daily basis
• Collaboration with other Pacera teams, especially FP&A, HR and IT
