Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD in Materials Science, Physics, or related field.
• 8–12+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with PVT Silicon Carbide growth technologies.
• Background in wafer, substrate, or advanced materials manufacturing.

• Support process development, modelling, simulation and optimization.
