We offer the opportunity to join the Software unit within SSC Connect, which is entrusted to develop and maintain critical systems required to connect our customers with their satellites.
As a Software Engineering Manager, you will support and guide 2-3 software engineering teams to keep them motivated, well‑staffed, and aligned with our company goals. You’ll provide leadership, encouragement, and direction to the teams, ensuring that their work aligns with business objectives. At the same time, you’ll help maintain high technical standards and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
You will be reporting to the Global Software Engineering Manager and be part of a leadership team together with other Software Engineering managers, Product owners and Architects.
We believe you are an experienced leader with a strong background in engineering and a natural ability to motivate and inspire teams. Dedicated to building a team culture of teamwork and creativity, you lead by example and create an environment where team members feel supported and valued.
This position requires a European citizenship and occasional travelling within and outside Sweden.
