Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group in Sweden is seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead large-scale SAP transformation programs across Nordic and European markets, including multi-country deployments. You will manage cross-functional teams of consultants, architects, project managers and client stakeholders, ensuring delivery excellence from mobilization to deployment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP consulting and program delivery experience.
• Proven track record managing large-scale SAP programs, preferably SAP S/4HANA transformations.
• Strong understanding of SAP functional domains including Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and HR.
• Experience working within global matrix organizations and complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong commercial management experience including forecasting, budgeting, and contract governance.
• Fluency in Swedish & English.

Due to continued growth across the SAP practice, we are seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead strategic enterprise transformation programs for clients across the Nordic and European markets.

The Role

As an SAP Program Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of large-scale SAP transformation programs, overseeing multi-country implementations, business process transformation initiatives, and complex stakeholder environments. You will lead cross-functional teams of consultants, architects, project managers, and client stakeholders, ensuring delivery excellence from program mobilization through to deployment and business adoption. This is a leadership position ideal for a professional with extensive SAP delivery experience who combines strong commercial acumen, executive stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP transformation programs
• Manage multi-country SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives across Europe
• Develop and maintain program governance, delivery plans, budgets, risk management, and reporting structures
• Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior client stakeholders
• Lead large, geographically distributed delivery teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore locations
• Ensure alignment between business transformation objectives and technology delivery
• Drive program quality, financial performance, and customer satisfaction
• Manage third-party vendors, systems integrators, and strategic partners
• Oversee change management, business readiness, and organizational adoption activities
• Support business development activities including proposals, client presentations, and account growth initiatives
• Mentor and develop project managers and emerging delivery leaders within the organization

Required Experience

• 10+ years of SAP consulting and program delivery experience
• Proven track record managing large-scale SAP programs, preferably SAP S/4HANA transformations
• Strong understanding of SAP functional domains including Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and HR
• Experience working within global matrix organizations and complex stakeholder environments
• Strong commercial management experience including forecasting, budgeting, and contract governance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities

  Required Experience

  • Experience in consulting, professional services, or systems integration environments
  • Fluency in Swedish & English

  Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP Activate certification
  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or equivalent)
  • Agile delivery and transformation experience
  • Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
  • Knowledge of RISE with SAP and cloud transformation programs
  • Familiarity with change management frameworks and organizational transformation methodologies
