We help the world run better. SAP is looking for a proactive and motivated project associate/intern to support key programs, including SAP NextGen in Sweden and the Nordic SAP News program. The contract is for 6 (+3) months full-time. The role focuses on project management, marketing and communication to support a variety of projects and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Purpose and Objectives

Join the global leader in digital transformation on an exciting innovation journey. The project associate will plan, execute, and market programs, with responsibilities across coordination and campaign activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Program/event support from idea through execution and follow-up
• University branding and collaboration
• Build landing pages and manage social media
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including partners, Swedish leadership, SAP NextGen team, and vendors
• Coordinate customer news program “We are proud of” in collaboration with Nordic Comms director, including updating documents, content creation, banner creation, URL creation, and social media posts
• Provide additional support to Nordic Communications and Marketing Team or country-specific projects (e.g., writing articles for internal newsletter) as requested

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business and/or IT (beneficial but not required)
• Project management skills and a hands-on mentality
• Experience with marketing campaigns, copywriting and data handling preferred
• Knowledge about content creation for online media and channels
• Deep interest in social and digital marketing and a strong willingness to learn
• Strong team player who loves to connect & collaborate
• Attention to detail to ensure high-quality materials and communications
• Positive hands-on and proactive attitude
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Figma a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in Swedish and English
