Job summary

GeekSoft Consulting in Stockholm, Sweden, is hiring a Senior SAP Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing for SAP S/4HANA transformations. You will govern testing across multiple teams, define testing strategy, and drive release readiness while ensuring quality across UT, FUT, SIT, UAT, regression, and performance tests.

The role requires 10+ years in SAP testing, strong functional consulting, and multi-vendor governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP Testing and Test Management experience, preferably in SAP S/4HANA transformations.
• Strong SAP functional consulting and test management with S/4HANA focus.
• End-to-end test governance across multiple testing teams and release readiness.
• Define and govern SAP testing strategy across large-scale programs.
• Experience with Tosca and test automation strategies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in SAP Testing and Test Management, preferably within SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Strong SAP functional consulting and test management experience, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation programs.
• End-to-end test governance, coordinating multiple testing teams, ensuring quality standards, and driving overall testing and release readiness.
• Define and govern the overall SAP testing strategy across large-scale programs.
• Analyze business requirements and identify comprehensive end-to-end test scenarios.
• Create, review, and manage test cases, test plans, and test execution strategies.
• Manage testing activities for SAP functional configurations and technical objects.
• Lead all testing phases, including Unit Testing (UT), Functional Unit Testing (FUT), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, and Performance Testing.
• Own end-to-end test governance across business, functional, integration, automation, and performance testing teams.
• Coordinate test environment readiness and ensure the availability of appropriate test data.
• Manage defect triage, root cause analysis, risk mitigation, and resolution tracking.
• Monitor quality gates, release readiness, and overall testing progress.
• Coordinate cutover testing, go-live readiness, and post-go-live testing activities.
• Prepare testing status reports, quality metrics, and executive dashboards for program leadership.
• Manage project estimation, planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
• Drive multi-vendor test governance and coordinate offshore/onshore testing teams.
• Support SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration testing and ensure adequate coverage across business processes.
• Define and drive test automation strategies using tools such as Tosca.
• Experience working as a Test Manager on at least two SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and end-to-end business processes.
• SAP functional consulting experience with expertise in one or more modules such as FICO, MM, SD, PP, PM, QM, or EWM.
• Strong knowledge of requirements analysis, solution design, SAP configuration, and testing.
• Experience with test governance, test data management, release management, and deployment readiness.
• Experience with SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration testing.
• Knowledge of test automation and tools such as Tosca.
• Hands-on knowledge of testing and test management tools such as:Tosca, SAP Solution Manager, Jira, Azure DevOps, qTest, HP ALM
• Strong experience in multi-vendor test governance and stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead large-scale testing teams across onshore and offshore locations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage testing risks, quality metrics, and executive-level reporting.
