Job summary

GeekSoft Consulting in Stockholm is seeking an experienced SAP CDP Consultant to lead end-to-end SAP CDP implementations, from gathering requirements to deployment. You will design scalable data solutions, integrate with internal/external systems, and ensure data privacy compliance.

The role requires 8+ years of SAP CDP experience, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on knowledge of data governance and profile management. Flexible work mode and international consulting culture are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of SAP experience, including experience with at least two SAP CDP implementation projects.
• Lead end-to-end SAP CDP implementation projects, from requirements gathering through configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand customer data requirements and deliver scalable customer data solutions.
• Gather and analyze requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into effective SAP CDP solutions.
• Configure SAP CDP to create unified customer profiles and support customer data management.
• Implement consent management processes and support data privacy and compliance requirements.
• Integrate SAP CDP with various internal and external systems to enable seamless customer data exchange.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience in customer data integration and unified customer profile management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Customer Data Platform (CDP).
• Strong understanding of cloud-based integration architectures.
• Good knowledge of customer engagement and customer data management strategies.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• SAP Customer Experience certification is preferred.
• Experience with SAP Emarsys and SAP Customer Data Cloud.
• Knowledge of GDPR and CCPA regulations.
• Familiarity with Customer Journey Analytics and personalization platforms.
• Industry experience in Retail, Telecom, or E-commerce is advantageous.
• Knowledge of SAP Datasphere and Adobe Experience Platform is an added advantage.
