Job Description

Requirements

• Lead end-to-end SAP IBP Demand Planning implementations, from requirement gathering through deployment and hypercare.
  
• Configure and optimize SAP IBP Planning Areas, Planning Levels, Key Figures, and Demand Planning models.
  
• Design, implement, and optimize statistical forecasting models to improve forecast accuracy.
  
• Conduct client workshops to gather business requirements and provide functional solutions.
  
• Prepare functional documentation, solution designs, and configuration specifications.
  
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and hypercare activities to ensure successful project delivery.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate external demand inputs and related planning processes.
  
• Provide functional expertise on SAP IBP Demand Planning and S&OP processes.
  
• Proven experience leading end-to-end SAP IBP Demand Planning implementations.
  
• Strong expertise in configuring Planning Areas, Planning Levels, and Key Figures in SAP IBP.
  
• In-depth knowledge of statistical forecasting methods, demand planning, and forecast analytics.
  
• Solid understanding of SAP IBP S&OP processes.
  
• Experience conducting client workshops and facilitating business discussions.
  
• Strong documentation skills, including functional specifications and solution design documents.
  
• Experience supporting UAT, hypercare, and post-go-live activities.
  
• Knowledge of integrating external demand inputs into SAP IBP is an advantage.
  
• Familiarity with advanced forecasting algorithms is a plus.
