• Extensive experience as Salesforce Architect or Lead Architect in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and Salesforce platform architecture.
• Automotive program experience or global rollouts preferred.
• Deep knowledge of API-led architecture and middleware integrations with ERP, DMS, OMS, eCommerce, CRM, CPQ.
• Excellent communication and governance skills.
• Salesforce certifications preferred.
