Morningstar is seeking a high-perfoming Business Development professional to accelerate growth in the Nordics. This quota-carrying role owns a Book of Business and drives new revenue across asset managers, asset owners and banks.
You will lead end-to-end sales cycles, develop senior relationships with key decision-makers, lead RFPs, and coordinate deal execution across internal teams while representing the firm to originate opportunities and strengthen brand presence.

This is a quota‑carrying role with full ownership of a Book of Business and the responsibility for driving new business development. You will engage senior stakeholders across asset managers, asset owners, and banks, positioning Morningstar|Sustainalytics’ ESG solutions as critical to their investment and regulatory strategies. 43% Annual. This role offers a commission target which may vary by up to ±15% depending on final plan design and business factors. We expect the compensation and target bonus for this role to fall within the stated range. The specific compensation offered will depend on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and other job‑related factors.
