Job summary

Morningstar Sustainalytics is seeking a high-performing Business Development professional to accelerate growth in the Nordics. This quota-carrying role owns a Book of Business and drives new revenue across asset managers, owners, and banks.

You will lead end-to-end sales cycles, build senior relationships, and coordinate internal teams for RFPs and deals, while representing the firm in the market. English and Swedish fluency are essential, with other Nordic languages a plus.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience closing multi-stakeholder deals.
• Fluency in English and Swedish is essential; Nordic languages a plus.
• Established network within target client base.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a Book of Business with revenue retention and expansion.
• Identify and convert white space opportunities to drive new revenue.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from origination to closing.
• Develop senior relationships with decision-makers across financial institutions.
• Lead RFP processes and drive coordinated deal execution.
• Represent the firm to originate opportunities and strengthen brand presence.
