  • Share insights and learnings across teams; train stakeholders to boost e-commerce knowledge.

Job description

We are now looking for a Sales Coordinator E-commerce to join our E-commerce team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-moving digital environment and wants to contribute to the continued growth of TePe's online business across multiple channels and markets.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager E-commerce, you will play a key role in driving and coordinating the development of our digital sales channels and supporting the execution of our e-commerce strategy.

About the role

As Sales Coordinator E-commerce, you will support the growth and daily operations of TePe's digital sales channels, including marketplaces, direct-to-consumer (D2C), B2B platforms and e-tail partners. You will collaborate with colleagues across the organization and contribute to ensuring that our digital strategies are effectively implemented and continuously developed.

This role combines hands‑on operational work with opportunities to contribute to long‑term channel development and business growth.

What you’ll be doing
  • Support and contribute to the implementation of TePe's e-commerce strategy
  • Help develop, expand and optimize our digital sales channels, including:
    • Marketplaces
    • E-tail partners
    • Direct-to-Consumer (D2C)
    • Retail e-commerce business
    • B2B platforms
  • Manage product listings, content accuracy and product availability across digital channels, including Amazon and other marketplaces
  • Build and maintain documentation, processes and frameworks related to marketplaces and Amazon operations
  • Support implementation, training and ongoing development of e-commerce tools such as Jungle Scout, PriceShape, EMAX and similar platforms
  • Share insights, best practices and learnings from e-commerce activities across teams and departments
  • Strengthen e-commerce knowledge within TePe headquarters, subsidiaries and other key stakeholders through training and knowledge-sharing initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and support business objectives
Who we’re looking for
  • Post-secondary education (minimum two years) in e-commerce, business, marketing, digital commerce, or a related field.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a solid understanding of how digital content and customer experience drive business results, combined with at least two years of experience in e-commerce and customer‑facing commercial environments.
  • Hands‑on experience working with CMS and/or e‑commerce platforms such as Optimizely (Episerver), Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, Shopify or similar.
  • A highly structured and detail‑oriented way of working, combined with strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Comfortable working in an evolving environment where processes and ways of working are still being developed.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent English, spoken and written. English is our corporate language.
  • Fluency in Swedish, spoken and written, is considered an advantage.
