Job summary

TePe Oral Hygiene Products in Malmö is seeking a Sales Coordinator E-commerce to join our E-commerce team. You will support growth and daily operations across marketplaces, D2C, B2B platforms and e-tail partners, reporting to the Commercial Manager E-commerce.

This role blends hands-on operational work with longer-term channel development, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and develop our digital sales strategy. Fluency in English is essential; Swedish is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in e-commerce, business, marketing, digital commerce, or related field.
• At least two years of experience in e-commerce and customer-facing commercial environments.
• Hands-on experience with CMS and/or e-commerce platforms such as Optimizely (Episerver), Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, Shopify or similar.
• Strong structured, detail-oriented work style with analytical skills to turn data into insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and contribute to the implementation of TePe's e-commerce strategy.
• Develop, expand and optimize digital sales channels: Marketplaces, D2C, B2B platforms, and e-tail partners.
• Manage product listings, content accuracy and product availability across digital channels.
• Build and maintain documentation, processes and frameworks for marketplaces and Amazon operations.
• Support implementation, training and ongoing development of e-commerce tools like Jungle Scout, PriceShape, EMAX, and similar platforms.
• Share insights, best practices and learnings across teams and departments.
• Strengthen e-commerce knowledge within TePe headquarters, subsidiaries and other stakeholders through training.

We are now looking for a Sales Coordinator E-commerce to join our E-commerce team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-moving digital environment and wants to contribute to the continued growth of TePe's online business across multiple channels and markets.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager E-commerce, you will play a key role in driving and coordinating the development of our digital sales channels and supporting the execution of our e-commerce strategy.

About The Role

As Sales Coordinator E-commerce, you will support the growth and daily operations of TePe's digital sales channels, including marketplaces, direct-to-consumer (D2C), B2B platforms and e-tail partners. You will collaborate with colleagues across the organization and contribute to ensuring that our digital strategies are effectively implemented and continuously developed.

This role combines hands-on operational work with opportunities to contribute to long-term channel development and business growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support and contribute to the implementation of TePe's e-commerce strategy
• Help develop, expand and optimize our digital sales channels, including:
  • Marketplaces
  • E-tail partners
  • Direct-to-Consumer (D2C)
  • Retail e-commerce business
  • B2B platforms
• Manage product listings, content accuracy and product availability across digital channels, including Amazon and other marketplaces
• Build and maintain documentation, processes and frameworks related to marketplaces and Amazon operations
• Support implementation, training and ongoing development of e-commerce tools such as Jungle Scout, PriceShape, EMAX and similar platforms
• Share insights, best practices and learnings from e-commerce activities across teams and departments
• Strengthen e-commerce knowledge within TePe headquarters, subsidiaries and other key stakeholders through training and knowledge-sharing initiatives
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and support business objectives

Who We’re Looking For

Who you are

• Post-secondary education (minimum two years) in e-commerce, business, marketing, digital commerce, or a related field.
• Strong commercial mindset with a solid understanding of how digital content and customer experience drive business results, combined with at least two years of experience in e-commerce and customer-facing commercial environments.
• Hands-on experience working with CMS and/or e-commerce platforms such as Optimizely (Episerver), Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, Shopify or similar.
• A highly structured and detail-oriented way of working, combined with strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Comfortable working in an evolving environment where processes and ways of working are still being developed.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent English, spoken and written. English is our corporate language.
• Fluency in Swedish, spoken and written, is considered an advantage.
