Job summary

Edenspiekermann, a design consultancy with 40+ years of experience, seeks a Scrum Master to facilitate agile processes within a SAFe environment, partnering with design and engineering teams to enable reliable delivery.

You will work with product teams to keep Jira/Confluence up to date, support PI planning, and ensure strong team flow and collaboration in a fast-moving, design-driven setting. Excellent English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

Several years of experience as a Scrum Master in SAFe environments.
Very strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
Experience working with design or product teams.
Strong facilitation and communication skills.
Structured, team‑oriented working style.
Excellent English; German is a plus.
Experience with complex, scaled product development or delivery programs (ideally Automotive & Mobility experience with OEM, Tier1 or Agency/Consultancy).
Automotive & HMI Experience (Android Automotive OS, infotainment, ADAS, mobility or other future mobility services) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Facilitation of agile processes and team communication
Ensuring that team information is structured, up to date, and accurately reflected in Jira
Supporting the on-time delivery of planned work; identifying and removing impediments and blockers
Preparing and supporting PI planning activities
Aligning with implementation and system teams
Supporting the transition from design into implementation
