Job summary

GeekSoft Consulting in Stockholm, Sweden is seeking an experienced RPA Developer for a fixed-term contract. The role focuses on designing, building, and refining automated processes across the client platform, with emphasis on reliability and governance.

You will take ownership of UiPath developments, collaborate with business and IT teams, and ensure compliant, auditable automation solutions while contributing to continuous improvements and documentation.

Qualifications

• Design, develop and maintain robust RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Proven expertise across the complete RPA lifecycle from requirements to production support.
• Collaborate with business users, IT teams and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Ensure automation solutions comply with quality, security, governance, auditability and regulatory standards.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, process documentation and deployment artefacts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Enhance existing automations to improve stability, performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with business users, IT teams and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Ensure automation solutions comply with quality, security, governance, auditability, and regulatory standards.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, process documentation, and deployment artefacts.
• Support production deployments, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to process optimization and operational efficiency through automation.
• Work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong hands-on experience in UiPath development and support.
• Proven expertise across the complete RPA lifecycle, from requirements gathering and process analysis through development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Experience with Power Automate is preferred.
• Experience implementing automation solutions in regulated environments with strong compliance and governance requirements.
• Good understanding of documentation standards, traceability, information security, and compliance.
• Knowledge of process mapping and business process improvement methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively within complex enterprise IT environments and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
