foodora is hiring a Team Lead – Rider Logistics for Malmö, Sweden. This part-time on-site role supports rider recruitment, onboarding and daily coordination to keep operations efficient.

You will lead by example, ensuring rider compliance, engagement, coordination, and follow-up while collaborating with the office team. Proactive leadership and strong Swedish/English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, team coordination, or similar roles.
• Fluent in Swedish and English; Swedish driving license (DL) is required.
• Open to riding shifts with foodora E-Car and some office hours.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Confident communicator capable of leading a small team.

Responsibilities

• Be the gateway of communication among riders and the management.
• Weekly follow-up calls and performance report sharing.
• Assist management with administrative tasks and document collection.
• Conduct compliance shifts as per schedule.
• Support E-car service and maintenance activities.
