Job summary

Teamtailor is seeking a Senior Revenue Systems Administrator to own how our revenue systems run, supported and governed daily. You will lead our support process for tools powering 440+ users across Sales, CS, Finance and Data, with Salesforce at the center and related tools for contracts, billing, and provisioning.

You design and optimize end-to-end processes, manage vendor relationships, implement access controls, and define KPIs to measure success.

Qualifications

• Advanced Salesforce administration: security model, permission sets and sharing.
• Experience administering other sales/marketing or customer success tools.
• Experience designing and running a support process, measured with KPIs.
• Vendor management experience, including renewals.
• User access and licence management across several tools.
• Safe handling of data operations: imports, deduplication and mass updates.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the end-to-end support process for revenue tools.
• Define and track operational KPIs for the systems and support.
• Manage vendor relationships, renewals, and roadmap input.
• Administer Salesforce security, permissions, sharing, and flows.
• Oversee tool configuration and system health.
• Manage user access, licences and provisioning across tools.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and data protection in collaboration with IT/Legal.
• Apply governance rules for changes by business admins.
• Run data operations such as imports and deduplication safely.
• Mentor teammates and share expertise.
