Job summary

QESTIT seeks a professional passionate about advancing our customers' technical agile development by leading CI principles and fostering a DevOps culture, both operationally and strategically. You will drive testing, automation, and monitoring while coaching teams to own quality and value.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years across agile, CI/CD or DevOps transformations.
• Experience in programming and automation.
• Experience in coaching roles.
• Sociable team player who leads change.
• Aiming to improve and simplify processes to deliver the best product.
• Knowledge of non-functional testing (performance and security), preferably automated.
• Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written).
• Strong sense of responsibility and customer-focused professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Continuous principles and reinforce the DevOps culture within teams and the organization.
• Identify and apply quality improvement measures based on risk assessment.
• Assist in building teams that take ownership of the quality of their deliverables.
• Actively engage in testing and test automation.
• Define test environments and manage test data.
• Discover methods to maximize business value for both the team and the organization.
• Help establish monitoring processes for build status.
