Next Job Abroad is seeking Swedish-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join a fully remote, Greece-based team supporting customers across Europe for a fashion & lifestyle e-commerce brand.

You will handle orders, inquiries and payments via phone, email and chat, and collaborate with an international team. Relocation support, paid onboarding and health insurance are included, with a competitive salary structure.

Qualifications

• Fluent Swedish (written & spoken)
• Very good English
• Interest in fashion, lifestyle or online shopping
• Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
• Good technical understanding and computer skills
• Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
• Based in Greece or willing to relocate

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for customers via phone, email and chat
• Support customers with orders, deliveries, payments and general inquiries
• Handle complaints professionally and efficiently
• Ensure a smooth and positive customer journey
• Work closely with an international, remote team
