Job summary

Next Job Abroad is seeking Swedish-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join a fully remote, Europe-based team. The role is remote from Greece, supporting customers via phone, email and chat for an international fashion and lifestyle brand, handling orders, deliveries and payments.

Relocation support to Greece is offered, with onboarding and training, a competitive monthly salary plus two extra salaries per year, health insurance and an international work environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent Swedish (written and spoken).
• Very good English.
• Interest in fashion, lifestyle or online shopping.
• Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
• Good technical understanding and computer skills.
• Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
• Based in Greece or willing to relocate to Greece.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for customers via phone, email and chat.
• Support customers with orders, deliveries, payments and general inquiries.
• Handle complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure a smooth and positive customer journey.
• Work closely with an international, remote team.
