CB Talents in Sweden is seeking a Swedish-speaking customer support specialist for a fully remote position with a major European online fashion and beauty retailer.

You’ll work from home with onboarding and a 8-week learning curve, enjoy relocation support to Greece if you move, and earn €1,300 gross per month plus up to €200 monthly bonus under a 9:00–21:00 weekday shift pattern.

Qualificações

• Native-level or fluent Swedish (spoken and written) plus C1 English for team communication and training.
• No prior experience required; backgrounds in retail, e-commerce, or customer service are a plus but training is provided.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver top-tier support via phone and email for Swedish-speaking customers.
• Help customers with product orders, deliveries, payments, and returns.
• Resolve inquiries regarding missing parcels, reclamations, and price adjustments.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional, friendly service.
• Work rotating shifts between 09:00 and 21:00, Monday through Friday (occasional weekends).

Your Role & Key Responsibilities

As the first point of contact for Swedish-speaking customers, you will deliver top-tier support via phone and email:

• Help customers with product orders, deliveries, payments, and returns
• Resolve inquiries regarding missing parcels, article reclamations, and price adjustments
• Maintain strong customer satisfaction through professional, friendly service
• Work standard rotating shifts between 09:00 and 21:00, Monday through Friday (with occasional weekend shifts)

What We Are Looking For

• Languages: Native-level or fluent Swedish (spoken and written) + C1 English (for team communication and training)
• Skills: Strong communication skills and comfort using standard computer tools
• Experience: No prior experience required! Backgrounds in retail, e-commerce, or customer service are a plus, but full training is provided.
