Next Job Abroad in Greece is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist who will be the voice of global brands for Swedish-speaking customers across Europe.

You’ll handle inquiries via phone, live chat or email, deliver empathetic service, troubleshoot basic issues, collaborate with international colleagues, and participate in ongoing training. Willing to relocate to Greece with full relocation support, including flight tickets and hotel upon arrival.

Qualifications

• Swedish fluency and English ability are required.
• EU work eligibility and 18+ years old are required.
• Digital literacy and strong soft skills are expected.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist Swedish-speaking customers via phone, live chat, and email about products, orders, bookings, or accounts.
• Deliver empathetic, clear, and customer-centric service to maintain satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide users through setups or features.
• Collaborate with international colleagues in a multicultural environment.
