Early Morning Studio is a small, distributed game studio focused on high-quality, old-school RPGs. You’ll work closely with Atari leadership to bridge the studio and the wider business, championing the team’s work and making sound decisions about performance and the road ahead.

This is a hands-on role in a small, remote studio. You’ll own the P&L, understand how the games are performing, and work with the team on the roadmap and live operations.

Formación

• 4+ years in mobile F2P games and 2–3 titles shipped to live ops.
• Experience owning a P&L in a gaming or digital consumer business.
• Experience leading remote-first teams of at least four people.
• Proven post-launch impact on live-game performance.
• Strong data fluency: LTV, retention, ARPDAU and live-ops KPIs.
• Ability to work with creative teams and senior business stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of user acquisition and mobile F2P economics.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate priorities between the team and Atari leadership.
• Own the studio P&L: revenue, margin, budget and forecasts.
• Own the product roadmap and KPIs; prioritise backlog by LTV/ARPDAU.
• Manage live ops: events, offers, economy tuning, A/B tests and monetisation.
• Manage delivery milestones and release quality.
• Lead the remote team; develop leads and uphold culture.
• Represent the studio to partners and platform holders.
• Coordinate with UA, P&C, IT and legal teams.
