Voodoo, a leading tech company in mobile gaming, is seeking a Product Lead to join their Midcore team. In this role, you will define and execute the product vision while collaborating closely with various team members. The position is fully remote, allowing flexibility for working hours within CET ±5h.

Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience in product management or game design, particularly in scaling mobile games. Excellent analytical skills and a hands-on approach are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or lead game design roles within the mobile gaming industry.
• Strong experience working on live mobile games, ideally with midcore or hybrid-casual-to-midcore products.
• Excellent analytical skills and strong experience making data-driven decisions.

Responsabilités

• Define and refine the product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with the studio team.
• Build and manage the A/B testing roadmap.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and Analytics to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities.
