Scape is seeking a QA leader to drive a small QA team, defining how testing is planned, executed, and reported across builds of a live multiplayer title. You will own the QA process, establish standards, and guide release-readiness decisions from beta through live operations.

You will coordinate testing across Steam releases, oversee bug triage, and deliver transparent quality reporting to executives, all while working CET hours in a 100% remote role.

Qualificações

• Led QA for a shipped game, preferably live or multiplayer, and can explain how you ran it.
• Built and maintained a real test process with plans, priorities and standards across many builds.
• Excellent bug reporting and triage skills and ability to teach them to a team.
• Understanding of Steam/PC release realities, launch-blockers vs known issues.
• Fluent written English; other languages are a plus.
• Stay calm when a build is due and priority counts rise; differentiate fire vs spark.
• Work CET hours; role is 100% remote.
• Passion for games and broad play to sense what ‘good’ feels like.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a small QA team, define day-to-day workflows and how testing is planned across builds.
• Own the QA process, including test plans, bug workflow, and cross-build standards.
• Develop a severity/probability model to prioritize fixes.
• Manage the release gate and readiness for closed beta, Early Access, and updates.
• Provide clear, actionable quality reporting to leadership on a weekly cadence.
• Oversee QA validation and ensure final verification stays with QA.
• Coordinate multiplayer scale testing up to 100 players per server.
• Maintain Steam-specific coverage and ensure proper crash capture and loads.
