You will collaborate with Product, Design, Data Science, and Engineering to ground work in real user needs and drive human-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Expert researcher with extensive industry experience.
• Degree in HCI, cognitive psychology, or social science.
• Comfortable adapting to evolving AI UR capabilities.
• Skilled in ethnography, contextual inquiry, usability testing.

Responsibilities

• Define, plan, and conduct research across mobile experience initiatives.
• Deliver evidence-based insights that guide product strategy and UX direction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Data Science, and Engineering to ensure human-centered work.
• Represent research with senior stakeholders through storytelling, workshops and live discussions.
• Synthesize across projects to build a coherent picture of user needs.
• Contribute to the health and capability of the UR team.
