Embark Studios is seeking a talented UX Researcher to work with cross-functional teams to design and execute research, understand player motivations, and inform product decisions with qualitative feedback.

You will plan and conduct user research across Embark products, translate findings into actionable insights, and advocate for players in product discussions to improve game experiences across projects.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years hands-on experience in UX research or an equivalent role in gaming.
• Experience running research projects from start through debrief and influencing design decisions.
• Strong analytical ability using primary and secondary data sources.

Aufgaben

• Plan and conduct user research for Embark products using qualitative and quantitative methods (playtesting, usability, surveys, interviews).
• Translate research findings into actionable insights informing design, roadmaps, and feature prioritization.
• Embed into game projects and collaborate with Designers, PMs, and Engineers to improve user experience through studies.
