Job summary

Evotym is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the Nordic region from a fully remote setup. You will own the sales cycle end-to-end, engaging with banks, fintechs and merchants to position issuer processing, acquirer processing, and digital banking solutions.

You will build pipelines, manage relationships with C-level stakeholders and collaborate with product, risk and compliance teams to tailor proposals and close complex deals. English language required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of independently generating business and closing complex deals with financial institutions.
• Strong knowledge of payments, card acquiring, issuer processing, or banking technology.
• Good knowledge of the target region and established network of decision-makers.
• Experience in fintech.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional sales strategy for issuer and acquirer processing, white-label payment gateways, and digital banking platform solutions.
• Develop a regional sales plan, identifying target accounts and opportunities.
• Build and manage a pipeline through your network, proactive outreach, and industry connections.
• Own the full sales cycle, from initial discussions and proposals to negotiations and closing.
• Build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders, Heads of Cards, and payment and technology leaders.
• Collaborate with product, technical, risk, and compliance teams to address client needs and support onboarding.
• Take ownership of regional sales targets, forecasting, and CRM reporting.
