Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Product Owner based in Sweden for a fully remote position. You will own the product lifecycle from discovery through iteration, translating client needs into actionable product directions with engineers and AI-assisted tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or product ownership experience.
• Experience defining roadmaps, managing backlogs and prioritizing features.
• Proven client-facing experience in business development, account management, or consultative relationships.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with AI-assisted tools and translating concepts into product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle end-to-end: discovery, strategy, roadmap, prioritization, delivery, iteration.
• Lead client interactions from onboarding to ongoing account management for long-term partnerships.
• Translate client needs and business objectives into clear product requirements for development teams.
• Collaborate with engineers and AI-assisted tools to define solutions and deliver value.
• Develop prototypes and contribute to product strategy to align stakeholders around direction.
• Communicate product value in a consultative manner to educate clients rather than short-term selling.
• Engage existing accounts to identify issues, gather feedback, and pursue renewal and expansion.
• Build trusted relationships to support retention, growth, and referrals.
• Prioritize feedback from clients, users, and market signals to improve the roadmap.
• Bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders to keep priorities aligned.
