Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Sr. UI/UX Designer based in Sweden to craft intuitive, polished experiences across web and mobile.

You’ll own concepts, user flows, and high-fidelity designs while collaborating with developers and creative teams. In this fully remote role you’ll apply strong visual design fundamentals, accessibility, and responsive considerations, with AI-powered tools to accelerate prototyping while maintaining design quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX capabilities across web experiences.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma including interactive prototyping.
• Solid understanding of usability, IA, responsive design, and accessibility.
• Excellent visual design skills with grid/typography/layout discipline.
• Experience collaborating with developers or technical teams.
• Ability to take an idea from concept to polished final experience.
• Strong problem-solving, curiosity, and willingness to challenge conventions.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design UI/UX for web and mobile products balancing usability, aesthetics, and feasibility.
• Translate briefs and product requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Develop interactive prototypes in Figma communicating interactions and transitions.
• Establish and maintain visual design systems with disciplined grids and typography.
• Use AI-powered tools to accelerate ideation and rapid prototyping while upholding quality.
• Collaborate with developers and technical teams to ensure practical implementation.
• Present concepts clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Own projects from concept through delivery and propose thoughtful solutions.
• Organize design work and workflows for distributed teams.
• Contribute to experimental digital experiences and emerging design approaches.
