Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Evaluation Consultant based in Sweden to contribute to international development and digital transformation through evidence-based assessments. The role involves leading and supporting centralized and decentralized evaluations, designing methodologies, and producing reports for a range of stakeholders.

Qualifications

• University degree in Development Studies, International Development, Social Sciences, ICTs, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Experience with evaluation approaches and methodologies is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support evaluation activities across assignments.
• Develop evaluation inception reports, methodologies, and data collection plans.
• Draft evaluation reports and concise briefs with actionable recommendations.
• Produce capacity-building materials and guidance for stakeholders.
• Ensure quality, independence, and adherence to evaluation standards.
