Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a customer-focused Solutions Engineer based in Sweden. You will bridge business needs with AI-powered technology, collaborating with sales, product, and engineering to design tailored solutions that deliver measurable value.

In a remote, fast-paced setting, you will guide discovery, architecture, pricing, proposals, and handovers, while identifying recurring customer needs to shape product roadmaps and scalable services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role such as Solutions Engineering or technical sales.
• Strong consultative selling and ability to translate requirements into architectures.
• Hands-on with AI agent-based workflows or similar AI tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives and Managers during client discovery to understand business challenges and objectives.
• Identify appropriate solutions across creative services, technology, and AI tooling.
• Design tailored solution architectures aligning requirements with products and capabilities.
• Define scope, pricing, and proposals for systems-related opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering and creative teams to validate feasibility and ensure sound proposals.
• Guide opportunities through internal technical reviews before engineering allocation.
• Transition completed projects to AI Deployment Strategists with clear documentation and guidance.
• Maintain relationships with strategic accounts as trusted technical contact post-sale.
• Identify recurring challenges to inform product roadmap and service development.
• Develop reusable discovery, scoping, pricing templates and proposal materials.
