Jobgether, based in Sweden, seeks an HR & People Operations Expert for a remote, independent-contractor role. You will design realistic HR tasks covering payroll, workforce planning, and employee lifecycle processes while establishing clear evaluation rubrics and standards.

The role emphasizes precise judgment and high-quality documentation. You will prepare supporting HR materials and ensure tasks are unambiguous and evaluated consistently, with deadlines to meet project needs and flexibility

Qualifications

• At least five years of hands-on experience in payroll, workforce planning, HR policy implementation, or employee lifecycle operations.
• Experience designing structured HR tasks and assessment criteria.
• Ability to work with payroll reports, headcount data, employment agreements, and policy documents.
• Strong written and spoken English (minimum B2; C1 preferred).
• Independent contractor mindset with reliability and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design Realistic HR Tasks: Develop multi-step assignments based on payroll, workforce planning, policy interpretation, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Establish Objective Evaluation Criteria: Create structured rubrics and measurable standards for consistent review by qualified reviewers.
• Assess Professional Judgment: Design tasks that require interpretation, analysis, and application of HR expertise.
• Prepare Supporting Documentation: Create or source HR policies, payroll reports, headcount data, and employment agreements.
• Ensure Task Quality and Clarity: Flag ambiguous or incomplete assignments to ensure assessable tasks.
• Meet Project Deadlines: Deliver approved assignments within established timelines.
