Jobgether is seeking a remote E‑Learning Instructional Designer based in Sweden for a six‑month contract with an Australian partner organization. You will craft engaging digital learning experiences, from storyboarding to LMS deployment, collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders to meet learning objectives.

Essentials include 2+ years in instructional design, Articulate proficiency, LMS/SCORM know‑how, strong visual/storyboarding skills, and copywriting abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in instructional design, education, or training.
• Hands‑on experience with Articulate
• Experience with LMS and SCORM
• Strong visual design and storyboarding skills
• Experience writing instructional copy and scripts
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for minor edits
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Nice to have Moodle and Adobe Creative Cloud familiarity

Responsibilities

• Develop interactive digital and multimedia learning materials using Articulate tools.
• Collaborate with SMEs to transform complex information into engaging online learning.
• Create storyboards, copy, and scripts to support learning objectives.
• Organize and manage learning content for LMS/SCORM environments.
• Conduct usability testing and QA to ensure quality learner experience.
• Ensure compliance with standards, guidelines, and IP regulations.
• Develop supporting resources and training for delivery of E‑learning.
• Support design, development, implementation, and handover of projects.
• Work with stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget.
• Review programs and recommend improvements to instructional methods.
