Job summary

Telia Company is seeking a DevOps Engineer to build, operate, and evolve robust cloud environments for Telia ACE, a market-leading CCaaS platform. You’ll drive automation, reliability, and platform engineering across multi-vendor cloud stacks, working with an agile SRE/DevOps team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building secure, scalable cloud platforms.
• Strong IaC experience with Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi.
• Automation and scripting skills in Python, Go, or Bash.
• Hands-on with containers/orchestration (Kubernetes, Podman).
• Experience creating CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.
• Knowledge of observability, monitoring, logging and incident management.
• Familiarity with GitHub, GitOps, ArgoCD and cloud-native architectures.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operate secure, scalable cloud infrastructure across platforms.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code and drive automation across operations.
• Build solutions to improve reliability, efficiency, and throughput.
• Enable observability via monitoring, logging, tracing, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with distributed teams across geographies and domains.
