Job summary

Telia is seeking a DevOps Engineer to build, operate, and grow robust cloud environments for critical B2B IT services. You will contribute to a high-performing SRE and DevOps team, driving automation and reliability across multiple platforms.

You will collaborate with engineers, architects, and product owners to deliver scalable, secure infrastructure and modern CI/CD pipelines, enabling observability and rapid iteration.

Qualifications

• Experience with Linux, networking, and cloud infrastructure.
• Proficient with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi.
• Scripting experience in Python, Go, or Bash.
• Hands-on with containers and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, Podman).
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.
• Knowledge of observability, monitoring, logging, tracing, and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operate secure, scalable cloud infrastructure across multiple platforms and vendors.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using modern automation tools such as GitHub Actions.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code solutions and drive automation across platform operations.
• Develop solutions that improve reliability, efficiency, and operational excellence.
• Enable observability through monitoring, alerting, logging, tracing, and dashboarding capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and product owners across distributed teams.
