Job summary

Elite Escapes is seeking a Remote Destination Wedding Travel Planner to turn couples' travel dreams into unforgettable experiences. You design bespoke wedding travel, from flights to group logistics, and guide clients from first vision to confirmed bookings with care.

You’ll collaborate with couples, manage guest needs, payments, and changes, and craft romantic add-ons and experiences that make each celebration memorable. Training and a collaborative team await.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building with clients.
• Ability to manage multiple moving pieces (guests, payments, options).
• Willingness to learn new tools, including CRMs and booking platforms.
• Background in weddings, sales, customer service, hospitality, events, or travel is a plus with full training.

Responsibilities

• Design customized destination-wedding travel plans including flights, stays, and transfers.
• Connect with couples to understand vision, budget, and needs, guiding bookings.
• Coordinate travel for wedding groups with clear options and payment timelines.
• Respond to changes and questions with professionalism and care.
• Elevate celebrations with romance-focused experiences and memorable details.
• Support clients from consultation through post-wedding follow-up.
