Elite Escapes is seeking a Remote Cruise Planner (Sales-Focused) to help clients turn travel ideas into booked cruises. You will match travelers with the right ship, itinerary, cabin, and onboard experience, whether for romantic escapes, family vacations, celebrations, group sailings, or bucket-list voyages.

You will build relationships through email, chat and phone, explaining options and handling bookings with a client-first approach. Enjoy onboarding, teamwork, and growth into specialty areas.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer-service mindset.
• Interest in cruises and travel is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple quotes and client details.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to understand destinations, budget, dates, group size and must-haves.
• Recommend cruise line, ship, itinerary, stateroom, dining package, shore excursions and add-ons.
• Turn inquiries into confirmed cruise vacations via email, chat and phone with energy and client-first approach.
• Explain cruise options clearly, including cabin categories, deposits, payment plans, travel protection and port requirements.
• Handle booking details, changes, payments, upgrades and pre-cruise questions with professionalism.
• Resolve concerns quickly, supporting clients from quote to embarkation and return home.
• Share cruise insights and opportunities to build long-term client loyalty.
• Build post-booking relationships to encourage repeat sailings and referrals.
