Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
  • 3–5+ years of HR program management experience, with Talent Management background preferred.
  • Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders across business areas; strong project management skills.
  • Ability to think globally and act locally; translate ideas into tangible results.

  • Excellent interpersonal, coaching, influencing, and communication skills supporting sustainable energy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Power+ Program regionally, ensuring alignment with global standards.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies; act as hiring manager for Trainees.
  • Coach and manage Power+ Trainees; provide development guidance and performance management.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to support talent development across Europe.
  • Maintain data integrity, reporting, and budget management for the program.
  • Advocate for employer branding and stakeholder engagement to enhance program impact.

We are looking for a Regional Power+ Program Coordinator to lead and shape the program across Northern Europe, combining people leadership, strategic program ownership, and cross-functional collaboration in a global, purpose-driven environment. You will act as a trusted partner to the business and as a dedicated leader for Power+ Trainees, ensuring an impactful and consistent experience aligned with global standards and values.

Responsibilities

Program Management

  • Drive regional excellence of the Power+ Program, aligning with global standards while adapting to local market needs.
  • Strengthen the employer brand, positioning Power+ as a flagship early careers program through local ambassadorship and market engagement.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify meaningful, high-impact assignment projects that support both talent development and business priorities.
  • Educate stakeholders on program structure, value proposition, and investment to drive engagement and ownership.
  • Manage the program budget effectively with transparency and discipline.
  • Ensure data excellence with high-quality reporting and data integrity within the global program landscape.

People Management

  • Lead, coach, and inspire Power+ Trainees as their direct line manager, fostering an inclusive, high-performance environment.
  • Shape the future talent pipeline by driving recruitment strategy and acting as hiring manager in partnership with Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding teams.
  • Deliver an outstanding employee experience across the full lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, guidance on performance management, and development processes, while ensuring compliance with local labor laws, HR policies, and global standards.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with HRBPs and business leaders to support long-term talent development.
Qualifications
  • Higher education (Bachelor’s degree or higher).
  • Excellent English both written and verbal.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in HR Program Management with preferred Talent Management background.
  • Experience in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders across different business areas; strong project management skills with ability to hold partners accountable and drive results by deadline.
  • Ability to think global and act local while translating ideas into tangible results.
  • Commitment to and passion for incorporating Diversity, Equity & Inclusion into all you do.
  • Excellent interpersonal, coaching, influencing, and communication skills with a passion for advancing a sustainable energy future.
