Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Excellent English written and verbal communication
• 3–5+ years in HR program management with talent management background

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Power+ Program management across Northern Europe, aligning with global standards
• Strengthen employer brand through local engagement and ambassador programs
• Partner with business leaders to identify meaningful assignments supporting talent development and business priorities
• Manage program budget, reporting, and data integrity across the global program landscape
• Lead, coach, and evaluate Power+ Trainees as their direct line manager and drive an inclusive, high-performance culture
