Hitachi Energy is seeking a Regional Power+ Program Coordinator for Northern Europe to lead and shape a global early careers program. You will partner with leaders, manage cross-functional projects, and ensure a high-quality trainee experience aligned with global standards.

You will drive regional execution, engage with local markets, and build a strong employer brand while maintaining program governance, budget, and data integrity across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in HR Program Management with Talent Management background.
• Experience coordinating across functions and geographies to deliver global programs.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional excellence of the Power+ Program while aligning with global standards.
• Strengthen employer brand and market engagement for the Power+ program.
• Partner with business leaders to identify high-impact assignments.
• Act as program ambassador, educating stakeholders on structure and value.
• Manage program budget with transparency and discipline.
• Ensure data excellence and high-quality reporting within the program landscape.
• Lead, coach, and inspire Power+ Trainees as their line manager.
• Shape recruitment strategy and collaborate with Talent Acquisition.
