• Establish and develop TMC's regional operations.
• Develop customer relationships within the region's key industries.
• Lead and coordinate technical teams in customer assignments and development initiatives.
• Create long-term customer collaborations and recurring business.
• Establish a strong local presence with support from TMC's global model and network.
• Combine business development with a focus on delivery and customer value.
