Job summary

WeQuel is seeking an experienced, business-oriented Business Controller in Södertälje to support R&D finance, drive planning, and act as a partner to leadership. You will influence costs, report on KPIs, and help shape the future financial management model in a global environment.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, work across networks, and contribute to targeted, sustainable financial steering and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in business controlling.
• Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in English, written and spoken; Swedish knowledge is an advantage.
• Advanced analytical and systems skills with Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Actively influencing development costs.
• Financial closing, analysis and reporting.
• KPI tracking and follow-up.
• Presentations of financial results and KPIs.
• Dedicated support to two R&D functions.
• Active membership in the functions' global management teams.
• Contributing to the design and implementation of the future financial management model.
