Job summary

Sway Sourcing in Södertälje seeks an experienced Business Controller to join an international R&D organization, acting as a trusted partner with finance, engineering and management to provide financial insights.

You will drive budgeting, forecasting and analytics, contribute to business cases, KPI follow-up, and help evolve controlling processes and tools in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Controlling.
• Interest in electrification and sustainable transport solutions.
• Translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders in an international environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint; SAP is a plus.
• English is required; Swedish is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Financial analysis, business cases and scenario assessments.
• KPI follow-up, reporting and presentations.
• Develop Controlling processes, methods, tools and ways of working.
• Act as Business Partner to senior R&D stakeholders and cross-functional networks.
